Shri Udayan Joshi is the Chief Operating Officer at SBI General Insurance. He is a seasoned professional with 2 decades of rich experience in the insurance industry.
At SBI General Insurance, Shri Udayan Joshi is responsible for developing and executing prudent underwriting and reinsurance strategy that aims at delivering sustainable profitability for the organization. He also spearheads several functions, including Claims, Operations, Customer Service, Legal, Analytics and Customer Lifecycle Management.
Prior to his current role at SBI General, Shri Udayan has held several leadership positions in renowned General Insurance companies. He is a Commerce graduate and Chartered Accountant with post qualification specialisation in Insurance & Risk Management from ICAI and a qualified Company Secretary.
